Whiteadder-Trottingshaw
How to get there:
Drive from Dunbar to Garvald. Go through Garvald over the bridge and into the hills.
Follow the narrow road through the glen towards Whiteadder reservoir.
Just after joining the main road (B6355) there is a cattle grid and some space to park.
The Walk
A gently walk from the Whiteadder reservoir to Trottingshaw and back.
A circular walk through the Lammermuirs.
Most on well defined paths.
We will walk towwards Penshiel farm to Trottingshaw.
Then along a road to Horseupcleugh were we join a returning path over Wether Law to Priestlaw and back to the car.
Distance: 16.2 km - 10.1 Miles
Ascent: 512 mtrs - 1,680 feet
